Bay Cove Human Services in Boston is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support the day-to-day administration, programming, and operations of the assigned community-based Developmental Service program(s). The role contributes to Bay Cove’s mission by providing effective and compassionate services and through advocacy and leadership.
This position is non-exempt. The schedule includes afternoon shifts; 1-3 years of human services experience and CPR/SFA, MAP, and Mandt training within 90 days

Bay Cove pursues this mission by providing individualized and compassionate services to people facing the challenges associated with developmental disabilities, mental illness, substance use disorders, and homelessness at more than 175 program sites throughout Greater Boston and southeastern Massachusetts.
The Assistant Program Manager assists with the day to day administration, programming, and operations of the assigned community based Developmental Service program(s). The Assistant Program Manager contributes to Bay Cove’s mission by providing effective and compassionate services and through advocacy and leadership. This position is non-exempt.
