Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a project lead or integrated program team (IPT) leader.
• DoD security clearance (US citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives.
• Measure and report program performance to stakeholders.
• Present program status to customers and senior management; negotiate contracts and changes.
• Create, review, and finalize program SOWs and identify requirements.
• Establish and manage program baselines and budgets using EV/M ancestors.
• Identify, allocate, and manage resources including workforce planning and risk mitigation.
