Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Production Maintenance Manager 1 at the Rocket Center site in West Virginia. The role leads a maintenance team responsible for the reliability and safety of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, supporting defense-related manufacturing.

The position requires strong supervision skills, experience with CMMS like Maximo, and the ability to work weekends. A DoD clearance and U.S. citizenship are prerequisites where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 10 years lead/supervisor manufacturing experience or Associate/Bachelor degree with 6 years experience.
• Willing to work any shift including some weekends.
• Ability to ensure quality and efficiency in department.
• Eligible to obtain a DoD Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure reliability and safety.
• Plan, schedule, and track preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to minimize downtime and optimize operations.
