Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Program Manager I to support the Royal Australian Navy MH-60R program, overseeing project execution, coordination, and delivery in line with customer requirements and organizational objectives.

This role, based in Tampa, FL, requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage defense projects in a secure environment, acting as the primary liaison for customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 3+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in defense or aerospace.
• Eligibility for DoD Personal Security Clearance (Secret required).
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with military aviation programs or international defense projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of the MH-60R program for the Royal Australian Navy, ensuring successful delivery of project milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Government and Royal Australian Navy requirements.
• Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and reporting.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Support business development and proposal efforts as needed.
