CAE USA Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Program Manager I to oversee the Royal Australian Navy MH-60R program, coordinating execution and delivery in line with customer requirements and organizational goals.

The role demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills in a secure defense environment. You will serve as the primary liaison with customers and internal teams, manage schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensure compliance with government requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in defense or aerospace.
• Eligibility for DoD Personal Security Clearance (Secret required).
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with military aviation programs or international defense projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of the MH-60R program for the Royal Australian Navy, ensuring successful delivery of project milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Government and Royal Australian Navy requirements.
• Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and reporting.
• Foster a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.
• Support business development and proposal efforts as needed.
