Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of program management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams on defense programs.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost, schedule, and technical performance across programs.
• Maintain active risk and opportunity management and CDRL development.
• Coordinate with CAMs and control account teams for projections.
• Serve as primary customer interface with U.S. Navy and FMS stakeholders.
