Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and adjust participant programming to ensure care, safety, treatment and training for participants.
• Supervise assigned staff by directing and assigning duties to ensure coverage and compliance with regulations.
• Promote participant independence and empowerment by listening to participants and collaborating with staff to develop supports.
• Develop training curricula to meet program goals and support community integration for participants.
• Provide leadership to ensure high quality services to all participants.
• Coordinate and monitor program schedules and ensure participation in plans.
• Complete program paperwork accurately and timely.
