Job summary

Volunteers of America Delaware Valley is seeking a Program Manager for Leavenhouse Properties to help provide safety, structure, and support to individuals in need. This mission-driven role requires hands-on leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment.

You will orient tenants, coordinate room assignments, monitor community rules, support residents through regular meetings, and supervise staff coordination and maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; human services experience is a plus.
• 6+ months of case aide/program assistant experience preferred, or 2 years in human services.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, respectful presence.
• Ability to organize, multitask, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Basic computer skills.
