Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in sales, account management, or program management.
• Degree or technical diploma in a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in electronics or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP experience desired.
• Experience with ERP systems; M2M is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer programs and accounts from strategic and operational perspectives.
• Oversee contract reviews, quoting, purchase orders, forecasting, revenue tracking, and budgeting.
• Develop program plans and customer-focused strategies.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Identify and support business development opportunities within existing accounts.
• Prepare and present customer business reviews.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Manage customer expectations regarding product and service delivery.
• Identify and implement improvements to program management processes.
• Conduct customer surveys and use feedback to identify opportunities for future offerings.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, including trade shows.
• Assist with other program, customer, and business development activities as needed.
