We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join a growing manufacturing organization in Tempe, AZ. This role is responsible for managing key customer programs, strengthening customer relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities to support account growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in program or account management within a manufacturing environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across sales, engineering, operations, quality, and other internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Manage customer programs and accounts from a strategic and operational perspective

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in sales, account management, program management, or a related field
• Degree or technical diploma in a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• Experience within the electronics or manufacturing industry preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Proven experience managing customer relationships and resolving customer issues
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience working with an ERP system; M2M experience is a plus

Work Environment

This position is primarily based in an office environment in Tempe, AZ, with occasional exposure to the manufacturing floor. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple customer requests and internal priorities.

Salary:

$70,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience
