Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production.
• Experience in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems.
• Experience with power management and power monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee cross-functional programs to ensure successful delivery.
• Set clear objectives for programs, using data analytics to drive improvements and metrics.
• Navigate ambiguities in business scenarios, applying creative problem-solving skills.
• Foster collaboration to optimize resource allocation and project success.
• Bridge gaps in team dynamics, processes, and systems to prevent pitfalls.
• Identify and mitigate risks to prevent escalation into major issues.
• Regularly communicate with managers and stakeholders to support key initiatives.
• Develop and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio.
• Assist Cluster Leader with tactical and strategic deliverables and coordinate calendars.
• Facilitate creation of SOWs with partner teams for contracts, RFQ/RFPs, changes, and invoicing.
• Build strong relationships with data center leadership and other internal teams.
