Astute Electronics Inc. is seeking a Global Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional programs that improve operational performance, system adoption, data visibility, and business execution across global teams.

You will align business strategy with execution, engaging operations, sales, procurement, finance, IT, and partners to deliver measurable improvements across enterprise systems and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of experience in program management or related field.
• Experience with ERP/CRM implementations (Salesforce or Infor) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global programs to improve logistics execution, visibility, inventory flow, orders, and customer-facing workflows.
• Manage end-to-end ERP/CRM implementation, optimization, and adoption across enterprise systems.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Procurement, Finance, IT, and leadership to define scope, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Provide leadership to program teams and regional contributors as the function scales.
• Translate requirements into practical system, process, reporting, and workflow solutions for scalable global operations.
• Develop program dashboards, KPIs, risk logs, and executive reporting.
