Job summary
Advanced Energy is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the development and launch of advanced power solutions for hyperscale data center customers. This role drives cross‑functional hardware programs from concept through production release, ensuring on‑time delivery within budget and aligned with customer requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of Program Management experience leading hardware development.
- Proven experience with New Product Introduction from concept to production.
- Strong system-level understanding of complex hardware systems.
- Ability to coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality and operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of NPI from concept to production launch.
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Drive execution to meet schedule, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure alignment across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, operations and commercial teams.
- Manage programs per Advanced Energy PDP.
