Job summary

The University of Louisville seeks a Program Manager I for the Couple and Family Therapy (CFT) program to coordinate student matriculation from recruitment to graduation. You will collaborate with the CFT Program Director to manage records, milestones, and outcomes for accreditation and program improvement.

You will support admissions, scheduling, budgeting, and communications with feeder programs, Graduate School, and external partners, while organizing events and maintaining program catalogs

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social service or related field.
• Experience in a mental health field.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student matriculation through the CFT program from recruitment to graduation.
• Manage and record data for ongoing program management and accreditation reports.
• Collaborate with the CFT Program Director and SOAR team on recruitment activities and events.
• Assist admissions: schedule, file materials, coordinate with Graduate School Admissions and Registrar.
• Maintain student files and track progress toward graduation and program requirements.
