Job summary

University of Louisville seeks a Program Manager I for the Couple and Family Therapy (CFT) program. You will collaborate with the CFT Program Director to coordinate student matriculation from recruitment to graduation and ensure smooth program operation.

You will handle data management, recruitment communications, event planning, admissions coordination, and advising, while supporting budgeting and scholarship administration. A strong background in higher education is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and four (4) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student matriculation through the CFT program from recruitment to graduation.
• Track student milestones, learning outcomes, and accreditation documentation.
• Plan and coordinate events (Open Houses, sessions, socials, training events) and maintain meeting minutes.
• Manage budgeting, procurement, scholarships, and payments with university offices.
• Coordinate admissions materials with Graduate School and International Office and maintain program information in catalogs.
• Advise students by checking transcripts, handling course changes, and overseeing graduation requirements.
