Responsibilities

• The FTTP Administrator oversees day-to-day operations of the Marriage and Family Therapy Training Programs and their finances.
• Leads recruitment and performance management of FTTP personnel.
• Plans, directs, and manages all phases of FTTP recruitment and performance processes.
• Supports budget planning, salary processing, and expense budgets for education programs.
• Coordinates logistics for MS/MFT Orientation and class schedules; maintains student records.
