RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Program Manager / Contract Manager to lead the NNSA HRSS contract, acting as primary liaison to the CO, COR, and TM.

The role oversees contract management, staffing stability, deliverable quality, risk management, and compliance with service-level requirements. The position requires 10+ years in program management or federal HR/operational management, with at least 6 years managing federal HR contracts valued at $3M+.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive professional experience in program management, federal human capital consulting, or operational management.
• At least six years managing federal HR or professional support services contracts with $3M+ cumulative value.
• Experience delivering federal HR services with quality control, risk mitigation, and performance monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of the NNSA HRSS contract and contractor operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for NNSA contract leadership.
• Oversee staffing, workforce stability, deliverables, performance, and service-level requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams supporting staffing, benefits, employee relations, analytics, and communications.
• Monitor contract performance, quality control, risks, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DEAR, federal timekeeping requirements, and applicable contract requirements.
• Prepare and oversee timely, accurate contract deliverables and reporting.
• Coordinate issue resolution and maintain strong customer relationships.
