- Process Harmonization & Tooling: Drive milestone-level process and data-element harmonization in Workfront; build tracking dashboards and executive reporting using Smartsheet, Workfront, and Microsoft 365.
- System & Ecosystem Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional workflows across connected content platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), DAM publishers, ISA automation pipelines, and emerging workflow platforms (e.g., thebrief.ai).
- AI Adoption & Governance: Support internal AI enablement initiatives, identifying opportunities to leverage AI tools for workflow automation, tool development, and operational efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance & Reviews: Support content routing through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) processes, ensuring adherence to compliance audits and operational quality standards.
- Cross-Functional & Sister-Team Alignment: Partner with cross-functional operational leads (e.g., Email Ops, Web Teams) and senior leadership to scale best practices and operational frameworks across wider enterprise teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Core Experience: 5+ years of combined experience in Content Operations, Program/Project Management, PMO Leadership, and Business Operations.
- Content Operations Background: Hands-on understanding of how creative assets are transformed into digital channel assets and deployed across digital ecosystems.
- Workfront & Tool Proficiency: Deep experience utilizing Workfront (specifically aligning data elements and project milestones), Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365 for reporting, capacity planning, and backlog tracking.
- Technical Savviness: Strong conceptual understanding of connected ecosystems (DAM, CMS/AEM, automated deployment pipelines) and practical familiarity with AI tools and adoption frameworks.
