• Establish enterprise governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and intake models to accelerate end-to-end digital content delivery.
• Lead cross-functional planning cadences and operational reviews to align cross-team priorities and eliminate workflow friction.
• Architect executive dashboards in Smartsheet and Workfront to increase operational visibility, track capacity, and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Champion AI adoption frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance content scalability and organizational agility.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience leading program management, content operations, or PMO functions within complex enterprise environments.
• Advanced expertise in governance development, process optimization, and workflow management platforms like Workfront and Smartsheet.
• Proven track record of aligning cross-functional leadership teams, managing dependencies, and driving operational excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or a related field; PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certifications preferred.
