Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Content Operations Program Consultant in Mettawa, IL with hybrid work. You will serve as operational lead across Content Operations, supporting Web, ISA, Banner, App, and DAM teams, establishing governance, processes, and reporting.

You will partner with leadership to improve visibility, drive accountability, support AI adoption, and translate insights into action; required 5+ years, degree in related field, proficiency with Smartsheet, Workfront, and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in content operations, PMO, or project/program management.
• Experience developing governance frameworks and standardized ways of working.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating dashboards and executive-ready communications.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance processes, operating standards, intake practices, and execution frameworks across Content Operations.
• Develop playbooks, templates, SOPs, and quality standards for consistency and excellence.
• Lead planning sessions, leadership reviews, and cross-functional cadence.
• Drive process improvements to reduce inefficiencies and complexity.
• Coordinate with teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and plan enterprise initiatives.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and backlogs; enable timely decisions.
• Create dashboards and leadership reports to improve visibility and outcomes.
• Support AI governance and adoption with training and oversight.
• Utilize Smartsheet, Workfront, and reporting tools to boost transparency.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
