Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related health care discipline is required.
• Master's degree (Public Health, MBA, or related field) preferred.
• 3–4 years of healthcare experience with supervision preferred.
• 1–2 years in clinic or practice management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities to ensure service delivery and grant compliance.
• Supervise staff hired by the hospital project and support staff development.
• Monitor program metrics and submit data for quality improvement and grant deliverables.
• Prepare status updates and budget coordination with hospital leadership.
• Maintain organized program documentation in line with regulatory expectations.
