Job summary

InstantServe LLC in Providence, RI, is seeking a policy and program manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of children’s behavioral health initiatives such as Mobile Response and Stabilization Services.

You will manage end-to-end work plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement, while building strong relationships with contracted and community providers and guiding policy development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Administration, Public Health, Public Policy, Social Work, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in program management, policy, or system development in health, behavioral health, or human services.
• Demonstrated experience supporting and leading implementation of grants, contracts, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Excellent writing skills, including policy documents, procurements, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve children’s behavioral health initiatives such as Mobile Response and Stabilization Services.
• Manage assigned initiatives end-to-end, including work plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain strong working relationships with contracted and community providers.
• Policy and procedure development to advance System of Care values and principles.
• Analyze federal and state policy changes and advise leadership on implications.
