Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead the Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention (YMCI) team within our Community Behavioral Health Center.

You will oversee Masters- and Bachelors-level clinicians and Family Partners delivering 24/7 crisis response to youth and families in crisis, guided by strengths-based, child-centered, and family-focused approaches. This role emphasizes staff development, system linkage, and cross-agency collaboration to minimize out-of-home

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field with independent licensure.
• At least four years of clinical experience.
• At least two years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with behavioral health and crisis services for children and families; familiarity with Massachusetts system.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and monitor a staff of clinicians and Family Partners in wraparound practice.
• Oversee crisis assessments and safety planning emphasizing family skills.
• Coordinate with community-based treatment options to minimize out-of-home placements.
• Build relationships with youth and family service providers to strengthen referrals.
• Ensure the single entry point for youth behavioral health services is followed.
• Serve as liaison between Youth MCI and CSA, including supervision and referrals.
