Job summary

Radiant Digital is seeking an experienced System of Care Implementation Manager to lead and support strategic initiatives aimed at improving behavioral health and human services systems for children, youth, and families.

The role will oversee complex projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, support policy development, and drive implementation of system-wide programs in Providence, RI, on a hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Administration, Public Health, Public Policy, Social Work, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in program management, policy, systems development, behavioral health, healthcare, public health, or human services.
• Experience implementing grants, contracts, or strategic initiatives.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of strategic programs, grants, and contracts.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
• Support policy analysis, policy development, and systems improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, procurement documents, and other key project materials.
• Monitor project performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, meetings, and collaborative planning efforts.
• Support strategic planning and organizational change initiatives.
