Expected compensation: 55.79 USD Per Hour
HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a Program Manager, Charging Infrastructure to support the day-to-day coordination of charging infrastructure deployments, operations, maintenance, and asset management.
In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with deployment, partnerships, operations, and other stakeholders to keep infrastructure initiatives on schedule, coordinate ongoing operations and maintenance activities, and maintain visibility into project status, risks, assets, and outstanding action items.
The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive project or program management professional who can manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You're comfortable coordinating across teams, maintaining detailed project and asset information, identifying potential risks early, and keeping stakeholders aligned through clear communication and reporting.

As a Program Manager, Charging Infrastructure, You'll

• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to support charging infrastructure deployments, operations, and maintenance activities.
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies, proactively flagging delays and execution issues and driving follow-up with appropriate stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, communicate program updates, and track decisions and action items through completion.
• Maintain accurate asset records, including infrastructure location, status, and utilization.
• Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into infrastructure program status, asset activity, and key operational metrics.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and workstreams across cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and maintain alignment across teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately manage schedules, action items, assets, and other program information
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities

• Experience designing or implementing operational processes

• Process improvement experience
