Job summary

Lam Research in Livermore, CA is seeking a Program Manager for the Customer Change Control group. You will lead cross-functional teams to initiate and deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will own change processes, coordinate with CCC, Supply Chain, and Product Management, and drive continuous improvement across programs. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data to support decisions.
• Experience with lifecycle analysis, Product Change Notification, Component Obsolescence Management, and Supply Chain Management.
• Proven program and project management experience in technical or operations programs.
• Proficiency in SAP MM and SD, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Proven stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Controlled implementation of changes to the BOM.
• Analyzes reports and metrics to maintain a record of customer changes and informs customers of upcoming changes.
• Maintains change records for supplier/PO changes and obsolescence requests.
• Interfaces with CCC, Supply Chain, Product Management, Spares, Manufacturing Operations, and Customer Services to track engineering changes.
• Owns Key Product Indicators (KPI) and deliverables for the group.
• Prepares part change notifications based on problem statements and proposed solutions.
• Receives instructions with minimal day-to-day supervision and drives new assignments.
• Initiates programs to support strategic direction and engages in CIP.
