Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Program Manager to drive Customer Change Control projects from initiation to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage BOM changes, and track KPI deliverables. The role focuses on maintaining records, guiding deviations, and driving continuous improvement in a global context.

The candidate should have strong experience in program management, lifecycle analysis, and SAP MM/SD, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; 8 years’ experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and support decisions.
• Knowledge of lifecycle analysis, Product Change Notification, and Obsolescence Management.
• Proficiency in SAP MM/SD and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive program delivery on time and within budget.
• Maintain BOM change records and supplier changes, guiding deviations from process of record.
• Prepare change notifications and KPI deliverables for CCC, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Interface with CCC, Product Management, Spares, and Customer Services to track engineering changes.
• Own Key Product Indicators (KPI) and deliverables for the group.
• Initiate new programs to support strategic direction and CIP.
• Receive minimal day-to-day instruction and perform day-to-day tasks independently.
