Innovative Care Services in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a licensed Residential Program Manager to lead an Adult Family Home in a full-time role with a supportive care team and flexible schedule. Full-time position

Compensation

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift Times

Full-time, primarily 1st shift with night, weekend, and on-call responsibilities. Typically, Monday-Friday business hours, with nights and weekends as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Facility: Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that client needs are met and all shifts are covered.
• Supervise Staff: Directly supervise and support all assigned Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), providing proper training to ensure employee success.
• Provide Care: Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting as needed.
• Support Clients: Contribute to grocery shopping, meal preparation, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Administer Medications: Ensure prescribed medications are administered and accurate documentation is maintained.
