This full-time position features flexible shift coverage, including nights, weekends, and on-call responsibilities, with compensation in the $22–$23 per hour range and opportunities to contribute across locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/management experience, or 5 years of hands-on caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Interim Program Manager: lead and manage the assigned residential program and supervise staff.
• Interim Float DSP: provide direct care support across multiple locations in the NE Region.
• Project work: support program evaluations, quality reviews, and process improvements.
