A community-focused human services organization is seeking a full-time Residential Program Manager to oversee daily operations at residential sites in the Metro area. Responsibilities include staff coordination, medication compliance, and ensuring quality assurance for services provided to individuals with disabilities. Ideal candidates will have direct care and supervisory experience and possess a relevant degree. Competitive pay of $19.25/hour with traditional benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and access to reliable transportation required.
• At least one year of direct care experience in a 245D licensed setting.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and program service delivery.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and training of Direct Support Professionals.
• Provide active support to individuals with disabilities.
