Innovative Captive Strategies (ICS) in Waukee, IA seeks a Program Manager to own and optimize client captive programs. You will partner with clients, agents, and internal teams to lead renewals, audits, and key workflows while delivering insights that drive smarter decisions and stronger outcomes.

You will manage onboarding, communicate financials, and support risk management strategies. This role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and measurable impact within a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in customer service in a company or agency setting.
• Active state Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Captive insurance knowledge and ability to discuss risk transfer concepts.
• Experience guiding renewals, audits, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for agency partners and clients for day‑to‑day questions.
• Lead annual renewals, premium audits, endorsements, and invoice approvals.
• Analyze tail liability and support overall program strategy with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with Sales to evaluate renewal decisions and guide clients.
• Prepare materials for internal and external captive board meetings.
• Build relationships with agents and clients during onboarding.
• Explain captive financials including equity, assessments, losses, and distributions.
