Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in cancer-related field.
• Three years of related experience required.
• Familiarity with NIH grant guidelines.
• Experience in research grant preparation, including formatting and graphics.

Aufgaben

• Manage all scientific meetings, including site visits, external advisory board, internal senior leadership, research programs, seminars and retreats.
• Develop agendas with leadership and direct administrative and technical staff in event support and follow-up; contribute to written content and presentations.
• Oversee MCC member management including onboarding and ongoing review.
• Manage assessment and strategic positioning of research programs aligning with membership, publications, funding, and clinical trial portfolio; advise on organization and NIH guidelines alignment.
• Oversee MCC Shared Resources, report on usage data and impact; maximize investments.
• Develop and improve informatics systems to process P30 data: membership, clinical trials, funding, shared resources usage; ensure data consolidation.
• Analyze data to support MCC alignment with NIH guidelines; present data per NIH formats.
• Facilitate intramural pilot grant programs; manage proposal solicitation, peer-review, and post-award processes.
• Provide administrative support for pre-application grant processes.
