Job summary

The University of Vermont Cancer Center is seeking a Cancer Center Programs Project Manager to provide high-level project management for internally and philanthropically funded awards, oversee review committees, notify awardees of allocations, and track projects to completion.

You will collaborate with finance partners to steward funding and work with the office of sponsored projects on sub-awards to external institutions, with a hybrid schedule between campus and external sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalence to 3–5 years of related experience with project management, including budgeting, in a highly collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
• 1–3 years of experience with grants administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level project management for internally and philanthropically funded awards, including management of review committees and notification of funding allocations.
• Track projects through end of funds and coordinate with finance partners to steward funding.
• Collaborate with the office of sponsored projects on sub-awards to external institutions.
