Job summary

NYU Grossman School of Medicine seeks a Program Manager, Research to oversee lab and research operations, coordinating priorities with the PI and team. You will manage timelines, budgets, IRB submissions, and regulatory compliance while ensuring deliverables align with program goals.

The role involves data management, grant reporting, budget oversight, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders to support the Autonomic disorders division’s research initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with progressive research management experience.
• Master's degree preferred with 5+ years in research management and policy interest.

Responsibilities

• Manages multi‑grant portfolio and coordinates across schools, sites and projects.
• Coordinates project activities with deadlines, assigns tasks, tracks progress, and reports results.
• Ensures resources (personnel, space, equipment, budget) are available for research projects.
• Supervises staff including temps and per diems, training and policy enforcement.
• Prepares progress reports to funding agencies and required stakeholders.
