Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day clinical and business operations at the assigned site. The role focuses on supervising staff who connect members to housing resources and income stability, while ensuring high‑quality support services.

You will guide staff through program processes, coordinate with internal teams and community stakeholders, manage client paperwork and referrals, and deliver reports to leadership to support program success.

Qualifications

  • High-school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in behavioral health required.
  • Minimum of one year of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders required.
  • Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification required in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.
  • Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing).
  • Peer Certification preferred.

  • Ensure staff provide quality support services and housing resources to all clients and guide staff in understanding program processes and services available for their target population/demographic.
  • Build a cohesive team that collaborates with internal teams and community stakeholders to provide quality care and track necessary client paperwork and referrals through reporting.
  • Submit reports and deliverables to leadership as required.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Job Summary
