Community Bridges seeks a Program Manager for Behavioral Health Technicians to oversee daily operations and support staff working with members to secure housing and income stability. You will guide processes, ensure accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams and community partners.
The role reports to leadership with regular deliverables. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in behavioral health, a BHT certificate, and an Arizona driver’s license with a clean MVR.
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona, Oklahoma, and the District of Columbia. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
The Program Manager oversees the day-to-day clinical and business operations of assigned site(s). Their primary role is to oversee staff working with members to obtain and maintain housing in the community, increase income stability, and provide quality support services and housing resources. The Program Manager guides staff in understanding program processes, builds a cohesive team that collaborates with internal teams and community stakeholders, and ensures accurate tracking of client paperwork and referrals. Reports and deliverables are submitted to leadership as required.
