Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Practice Manager to oversee operations at PCMH and OSC sites across Arizona. You’ll lead administrative staff and partner with clinical operations to implement and evaluate business strategies for CBI’s comprehensive behavioral health services.

Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years in healthcare, strong leadership, and a commitment to recovery support; a related business degree is preferred, with certifications like BHT or CSPMP beneficial.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of healthcare experience required.
  • 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience required.
  • Recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
  • Valid identification required.
  • BHT certification per policy is required.
  • CSPMP certification preferred.

Community Bridges, Inc. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

Job Summary

The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall business operations, and management of administrative staff at designated Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Outpatient Services Center (OSC) sites operated by CBI. This position is responsible for collaborating with clinical operations to develop, implement, assess, and meet identified business strategies for Community Bridges Inc. (CBI).

Skills/Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business or Public Administration or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of healthcare experience required.
  • 1-2 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience required.
  • Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
  • Valid identification required.
  • Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures, is required.
  • CSPMP (Controlled Substances Prescription Monitoring Program) certification preferred.
