Ideal candidates bring 3-5 years in healthcare, strong leadership, and a commitment to recovery support; a related business degree is preferred, with certifications like BHT or CSPMP beneficial.

The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall business operations, and management of administrative staff at designated Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Outpatient Services Center (OSC) sites operated by CBI. This position is responsible for collaborating with clinical operations to develop, implement, assess, and meet identified business strategies for Community Bridges Inc. (CBI).
