Guild Incorporated in Minnesota is seeking a Program Manager - Residential to oversee day-to-day operations at our Intensive Residential Treatment Facility, delivering person-centered and trauma-informed care.
You will provide support, development, and leadership to all program staff and supervisors, and work with the Clinical Operations Team on service delivery, financial structure, and expansion opportunities.

Purpose:
This position is responsible for overseeing and leading the day-to-day operations at our Intensive Residential Treatment Facility. We are committed to providing person-centered and trauma-informed care to our residents. We are also committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all.
This position is responsible for providing support, development, and leadership to all program staff, and supervisors. This role will be familiar with managing external changes that impact service delivery, financial structure, integration, and expansion opportunities. The Program Manager serves on the organization's Clinical Operations Team with other leaders across Guild to advance the mission and vision of the agency.

The salary range for this position is between $78,185 - $94,770 annually. The range reflects the minimum and maximum salary for the position. Compensation will depend on the candidate’s professional experience, skills, and relevant education, training, and certifications.
