Job summary

Amazon, within the AUTA-X team, seeks a Program Manager to shape and deliver specialized programming for global intern tracks (e.g., SDE, PhD Science), driving manager and intern experiences and conversion outcomes.

The role requires managing multiple projects across time zones, collaborating with AWS Tech U, AWS Skills Center, and senior leaders, and using data to measure impact and inform decisions. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Single threaded intern experience oversight for one or more global specialized programming tracks.
• Design and scale tailored programming, events and operational excellence mechanisms to enable intern experience, manager experience and conversion goals.
• Partnership with other Program Managers to force multiple specialized programming innovations.
• Work closely with key partners including AWS Tech U, AWS Skills Center and line of business leaders to deliver best in class technical skills programming.
• Design, deliver and support live events as part of AUTAX’s global calendar of events.
• Lead escalation deep dives through to resolution for specialized intern, manager and mentor populations.
• Monitor performance metrics and survey responses, report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables and own path to green resolution.
• Provide customer and programming insights for regular rhythm of business mechanisms including but not limited to 2x2’s, QBRs and lesson learn documents.
