The role requires strong prioritization, clear communication, and a track record of delivering complex programs with customer obsession and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Single threaded intern experience oversight for global programming aligned to AUTA priorities.
• Design and scale tailored programming, events and operational excellence mechanisms.
• Partnership with other Program Managers to multiply programming innovations.
• Lead escalation deep dives through to resolution for intern, manager and mentor populations.
• Monitor performance metrics and survey responses, report on status of objectives and drive to green resolution.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance experience and program outcomes.
• Gain operational efficiencies through AI-powered tools while maintaining quality.
• Provide customer and programming insights for regular rhythm of business mechanisms.
