Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience delivering end-to-end initiatives and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders at varied levels.
• Experience building processes, schedules, and project management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intern experience for global programs aligned to AUTA priorities.
• Design and scale programming, events, and operational excellence mechanisms.
• Partner with other PMs to multiply impact of innovations.
• Lead escalation deep dives for intern, manager, and mentor populations.
• Monitor metrics and surveys; report on key objectives and drive green resolution.
• Propose AI-powered solutions to enhance experience and outcomes.
