Job summary

Aldevra is seeking a Program Manager Analyst to support the U.S. Army Reserve in Fort Bragg, NC.

You will manage human capital data, analyze force-management changes, and support training and budget processes in a fast-paced government contracting setting. Qualified candidates will have extensive civilian HR experience within a DoD environment, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years in Civilian HR, with DoD staff experience
• Associate degree in HR/Business/Management or related field
• Experience developing and coordinating publications (OPs, briefs)
• Experience with force-management, PPBE processes, and organizational design
• Experience with automated information systems and databases (Army HR/DoD)

Responsibilities

• Use information systems and automation tools to complete tasks, protect PII, and ensure policy compliance
• Analyze force-management changes and provide monthly impact reports on personnel and training
• Research human capital needs and provide monthly findings to support planning
• Update reports with segment updates within seven days of requests
• Manage HR data in Access and Excel to keep personnel education and training data current
• Serve as quota manager for CES training and provide monthly utilization reports
• Provide budget analysis and recommendations for civilian and non-civilian pay
• Draft policy updates related to CES, onboarding, mentorship, and training needs
