Job summary

Aldevra is seeking a Program Lead Analyst to support the USAR at Fort Bragg, NC. The role requires coordinating analytical efforts, leading cross-functional workstreams, and interfacing with government leadership. CAC clearance is required and the position is contingent on award.

The candidate should bring strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, office-based environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in management or supervision with four (4) years in DoD Staff Leadership.
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred; relevant DoD/Army leadership experience may substitute for education.
  • Valid Real-ID state-issued driver's license.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Excellent and accurate written communication.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems; online calendars and cloud systems; intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent attention to detail; accurate data entry.
  • Customer-focused and team-oriented work ethic; ability to multi-task efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

Position Title: Program Lead Analyst (PLA)

Reports to: Operations Manager

Location: Fort Bragg, NC

Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary: Aldevra is currently seeking a qualified Program Lead Analyst (PLA) to support the United States Army Reserve (USAR) in Fort Bragg, NC. We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a willingness to jump in where needed. This position is contingent upon contract award.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the overall analytical support effort
  • Coordinate deliverables, reports, briefings, taskers, and analytical products across the different workstreams.
  • Likely serve as the contractor's senior interface with Government leadership/COR for execution of the analytical-support mission.
  • Oversee or integrate work performed by the functional analysts, including: Facility Sustainment, Real Property, Strategic Planning and Integration, NTV Fleet Management, and Personnel Management
  • All other duties as assigned.

Security Requirements:
  • Must be able to obtain CAC clearance.

This position requires passing an extensive background check.

Mental and Physical Requirements:

This position is based in an office environment, primarily involving computer work, meetings, and collaboration with team members.

  • Ability to perform prolonged computer-based work, including use of a keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office equipment.

  • May require extended periods of sitting or standing associated with office work, meetings, briefings, and travel.

  • Ability to lead and coordinate geographically dispersed personnel and multiple functional workstreams.
