Qualifications

• Minimum seven years in management or supervision.
• Four years of DoD staff leadership experience.
• Associates degree preferred; relevant DoD/Army leadership may substitute for education.
• Valid Real-ID state-issued driver''s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems; MS Office; calendar/cloud tools.

Position Title: Program Lead Analyst (PLA)
Reports to: Operations Manager
Location: Fort Bragg, NC
Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary: Aldevra is currently seeking a qualified Program Lead Analyst (PLA) to support the United States Army Reserve (USAR) in Fort Bragg, NC. We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a willingness to jump in where needed. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in management or supervision and a minimum of four (4) years of that experience shall have been in DoD Staff Leadership
• Associates degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred; relevant DoD/Army leadership experience may substitute for education.
• Valid Real-ID state-issued driver's license
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
• Excellent and accurate written communication
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems; online calendars and cloud systems; intermediate to advanced skills Microsoft office products required
