Aldevra is seeking a Program Lead Analyst to support the US Army Reserve at Fort Bragg, NC. The role emphasizes strong leadership, detailed analysis, and clear communication across multiple workstreams in a collaborative environment.

The candidate will interface with Government leadership, coordinate reports and taskers, and oversee functional teams to ensure timely, accurate analytical products. A stable, full-time schedule is offered with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years in management or supervision.
• Four years of DoD staff leadership experience.
• Associates degree preferred; relevant DoD/Army leadership may substitute for education.
• Valid Real-ID state-issued driver''s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems; MS Office; calendar/cloud tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Customer-focused and team-oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the overall analytical-support effort.
• Coordinate deliverables, reports, briefings, taskers, and analytical products across the different workstreams.
• Likely serve as the contractor''s senior interface with Government leadership/COR for execution of the analytical-support mission.
• Oversee or integrate work performed by the functional analysts, including: Facility Sustainment, Real Property, Strategic Planning and Integration, NTV Fleet Management, and Personnel Management.
• All other duties as assigned.
