Job summary

Aldevra seeks a Real Property Analyst to support USAR activities in Fort Bragg, NC. The role emphasizes attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work with Realty staff and GFEBS processes.

The successful candidate will coordinate daily activities, conduct inventories, and prepare reports for leadership while adhering to AR 405-45 and related regulations. This is a full-time position with expectations for surge support as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in facilities management, construction management, or engineering support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to research and interpret as-built drawings, transfer documents, and property records.

Responsibilities

• Support Real Property execution at Fort Bragg and surrounding sites.
• Coordinate with local Realty staff and report to Engineers Directorate.
• Update GFEBS with acquisitions, disposals, and capital improvements.
• Perform physical inventories and prepare DD Form 1354s for capitalization.
• Prepare MSR and Health Check briefings for leadership.
