Job summary

Aldevra is seeking a Real Property Analyst to support the United States Army Reserve at Fort Bragg, NC. The role involves embedded personnel, daily execution support to Realty staff, and reporting to the G-3/5/7 Engineers Directorate. Strong attention to detail and clear communication are essential.

Primary duties include coordinating with DPW Realty, updating GFEBS, performing inventories, and preparing DD Form 1354s. Occasional travel for audits and surge support may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in facilities/construction management or engineering support.
• Associates degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Engineering Technology or related field.
• Knowledge of Army real property accountability and installation support processes.
• Experience conducting physical inventories, site inspections, and asset validation.
• Ability to research and interpret as-built drawings, DD Form 1354s, transfer documents and property records.
• Familiarity with AR 405-45 and related Army regulations and policies.
• Valid Real-ID driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone manner.
• Excellent written communication.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, online calendars, cloud systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Customer-focused and team-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently and accurately to focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Support a distributed Real Property execution model across divisions, MSCs, and ARFIs.
• Coordinate daily activities with local Realty staff and report to Engineers Directorate.
• Submit monthly reports to ensure visibility of real property execution.
• Work with DPW Realty to update GFEBS with acquisitions, disposals, and CAPEX.
• Plan and execute physical inventories per AR 405-45.
• Identify on-site assets and prepare DD Form 1354s for capitalization.
• Prepare MSRs and Health Check briefings for leadership.
• Run remediation for identified InSITE discrepancies and audit readiness.
