Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks an experienced Program Manager to join an Aircraft Interiors program in Everett, WA. You will drive development, qualification testing, production transition, and delivery of certified products for EIS with airline customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years in program/project management.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with financial analysis tools and systems.
• Experience leading development programs and transitioning to production.
• Proven ability to support cross-functional teams across organizations.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk management.
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office Suite.
• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Person (Green Card Holder).
• Experience at OEM suppliers leading OEM development programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop IPT partnerships and align program plans with functional orgs.
• Manage daily cadence: schedule, reviews, PMRs, and decision reviews.
• Produce and maintain documentation per contract requirements.
• Collaborate with production to meet priorities and escalate when needed.
• Drive performance across financial, technical, and schedule metrics.
• Guide program leads on Risk & Opportunity Management.
• Lead or participate in monthly financial reporting cadence.
• Coordinate customer reviews and prepare visits.
• Support IPT decision-making with data-driven analysis.
• Coordinate with production, operations and supply chain for deliveries.
• Organize program reviews, team meetings, and business activities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and clear communications.
