Job summary

Envisioneering, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee AI2-related tasks for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense. The role requires coordinating internal and external teams, ensuring performance requirements are met, and managing schedules and cost.

The PM will liaise with the AI2 customer and drive technical strategy. The position emphasizes leadership, complex project planning, and DoD-aware risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or technical/scientific discipline.
• Active TS/SCI clearance preferred or previously held TS/SCI clearance.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and technical oversight for AI2 tasks and act as primary liaison to the AI2 customer.
• Lead development efforts and coordinate internal and external teams and vendors.
• Define system performance requirements and ensure contract deliverables meet cost and schedule constraints.
• Develop Project Management Plans for task execution and establish project guidelines.
• Run weekly/biweekly meetings with stakeholders and track risks, schedules, and funding.
