Qualifications

• Experience running cross-functional programs in a fast-moving technical environment.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous work by breaking goals into plans, owners and milestones.
• Strong written communication, including status updates and executive summaries.
• Experience managing review/approval processes with multiple stakeholders (publications, launches, policy releases).
• Judgment about when a process helps and when it adds overhead; bias toward light processes.
• Comfort working on sensitive topics with high confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional program management for Policy Design, Enforcement and Threat Intel teams, keeping workstreams on track.
• Run the team's operating rhythm: quarterly planning, priority setting, status tracking, and decisions record.
• Coordinate policy work with research, product, engineering, legal, and communications to surface dependencies.
• Drive readiness for policy, enforcement, and threat intelligence tied to model launches and product releases.
• Own the process for external publications from idea through drafting, review, and publication.
• Identify risks, blockers, and resourcing gaps and propose paths forward.
• Build lightweight processes/tools to increase speed and retire ineffective ones.
